Find and inspect a player
The Players page gives you a searchable table of every player seen across your servers. From there you can open a player’s dialog to review notes, list memberships, bans, and stats.
Find a player
Section titled “Find a player”- In the sidebar, click Players.
- The table shows columns: Actions, Name, one column per identity your game reports (for
Squad that’s EOS ID and Steam ID), and Last activity. Each column header has a
filter:
- Type in Name to filter by name.
- Type in an identity column (e.g. EOS ID) to filter by that ID — the filter searches across all identity columns, so a value typed under one still matches a player through another.
- Use the Last activity date-range picker to narrow by when the player was last seen.
- Scroll down in the table to load more results — the list pages automatically as you reach the bottom.
Open the player dialog
Section titled “Open the player dialog”- Find the player in the table.
- In the Actions column, click View. A dialog opens with the player’s name and identity IDs at the top.
Tabs in the player dialog
Section titled “Tabs in the player dialog”The dialog has up to three tabs:
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Notes | Free-text notes admins have added about this player. |
| Lists | The player’s list memberships (Access & tags section — use Add to list to add a new one), their Bans, and any Exceptions that let them bypass an imported ban list. |
| Stats | Combat stats for this player. Only shown for games with combat tracking. |
Lift a ban from the player dialog
Section titled “Lift a ban from the player dialog”- Open the Lists tab in the player dialog.
- In the Bans section, find the active ban (shown with the Active badge).
- Click Unban and confirm in the prompt. The ban status changes to Revoked immediately.
