Tag & watch players

heliana doesn’t have a separate flagging feature. To mark a player — “Toxic,” “Verified,” a name you want to keep an eye on — you add them to a list of kind Tag on the Player Lists page. Every organization also starts with a built-in Tag list called Watch, which is the closest thing to a watchlist: put a player on it and they’re flagged for your team without you having to set anything up first.

Lists are organization-wide: a Tag list you create is available across all your servers, and a player’s list memberships show up regardless of which server you’re viewing them from.

  1. In the sidebar, click Player Lists (organization-level, not inside a specific server).
  2. Click New list in the top-right corner.
  3. In the dialog:
    • Name — enter the label text, e.g. Toxic. This is the text shown wherever the list is displayed.
    • Kind — select Tag. (The other kinds, Access and Ban list, are for whitelists and bans — see Roles & permissions and Ban a player.)
    • Servers — leave as “All servers,” or restrict the list to specific servers.
  4. Click Create. The new list appears in the Player Lists table.

Tag lists don’t have capabilities or a slot limit — those fields only apply to Access and Ban list kinds.

  1. On the Player Lists page, click Edit on the list’s row.
  2. Change the name, color, or server scope and click Save.
  3. To remove the list entirely, open Edit and click Delete. Confirm in the prompt — this permanently removes the list and every player’s membership in it.
  1. Go to Players and click View on the target player.
  2. In the player dialog, open the Lists tab.
  3. Click Add to list. The dropdown shows every Tag and Access list the player isn’t already on — Watch included. Ban lists aren’t offered here; a player gets on one through a ban, not through Add to list.
  4. Select a list. The player is added immediately and appears under Access & tags in the tab.
  1. Open the player dialog and go to the Lists tab.
  2. Next to the list you want to remove, click the trash icon button.
  3. Confirm in the prompt (“Remove from list?”). The player is removed from that list only; the list itself stays available for other players.
