Who operates heliana

heliana is run by the operator of Heliana — an individual, not a company. There is no separate corporate entity behind the service. Contact for anything covered by these Terms issupport@heliana.gg.

The service

heliana observes and moderates Squad game servers: it reads the server log over SFTP, sends RCON commands, and surfaces the result — telemetry, rosters, bans, and automation — to the people an organization gives access to. Sign-in is through Discord; there is no separate password.

Your account and organization

Creating an account links it to your Discord identity. An organization holds the servers, roles, and members you invite into it. You are responsible for who you invite and what role you give them — roles carry real control over your servers through RCON and SFTP.

Acceptable use

You may only connect a server you have the right to administer, and only process the data of players on that server as your own rules and the law where you operate allow. Do not useheliana to collect or act on data you are not entitled to hold.

No warranty

heliana is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator of Heliana is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of heliana, including action taken by Automation you configured or moderation decisions made by your organization's members.

Termination

Access can be suspended or ended, by you or by the operator, at any time — for your own account, or for an organization that violates these Terms. Ending access does not by itself delete data already retained under the schedule in thePrivacy Policy.

Changes

These Terms may change as heliana changes. The date at the top of this page is the last time they did.
